Welcome to AP Jeopardy! This is a Jeopardy!-inspired game that serves as a review for the AP Statistics Probability unit.
In order to play, type in your name, and optionally write your name in the box below it. You can also customize your character that will appear once you start the game in the “Edit Profile” menu. You must do this for both players, but it is fine to play alone, or even with two teams.
Once finished, click “Play!”
The Game
The menu will now disappear, leaving you with a familiar Jeopardy! board. On the left and right side, you will be able to see both players with your chosen profile and name. Right below each player’s balance, which for now reads as “$0”, you will see a minus and plus button. These allow you to change the balance of each player whenever they answer a question right or wrong.
To open a clue, click any one of the dollar amounts (ex. $200 or $1000) under any category. This will display a clue that a player can answer. Make sure to have paper, a writing utensil, and a calculator at hand, as some require multiple steps. Once the player comes up with an answer, they can click the “Reveal Answer” button to reveal the answer.
If the player answers wrong, they lose that dollar amount and the other player has a chance to answer. Distribute points accordingly. If you are playing alone, this is optional.
Once all the clues have been answered, or anytime when you want to end the game, you can press the “End Game” button.
The player with the most points wins!
